In our institutions there is a parents’ committee for each kindergarten group and in our schools for each class. Each parents’ committee works closely with the kindergarten and class teachers, and the institution management also values their advice and remarks. This creates a successful model of cooperation that ensures the efficiency of the institutions.
Both the foundation and the institutional leaders meet with the Parents’ committee leaders four times a year to evaluate the previous periods. In our experience, these consultations add useful insight to make the operation smoother and more productive.
