The Development Teachers’ Department is a special organizational unit of our institution, where dedicated professionals such as speech therapists, development teachers and psychologists work in close professional cooperation.

The Development Teachers’ Department is an important bridge between parents, families, children and teachers, helping children, parents and teachers with developmental and supportive work.

In public education institutions, parents and families often feel lost when teachers report learning difficulties or behavioral problems in the case of their children.

Developmental teachers and psychologists working in the Orchidea Schools work alongside families and children in the event of difficulties and crisis situations that arise unexpectedly in the life of a family.

We pay special attention to the individual needs of the children of the school. In complex development sessions, we support the progress of students with moving, playful tasks and competence development.

One of the important pillars of the peaceful, safe atmosphere of our school is the helpful and supportive approach to the problems and difficulties that arise.

Classes are held according to the timetable, in a separate, well-equipped room with the most up-to-date equipment. These sessions are held in small groups or individually, led by highly trained, empathetic special education teachers.

The Development Teachers’ Department is actually an inspiring intellectual workshop, which provides effective support to families and teachers with high-quality professional programs, in-service training and a cooperative attitude.
